VSA Missouri, the state organization on art and disability, envisions a world where people with disabilities have access to the same professional, leisure, and educational opportunities in the arts as people without disabilities. VSA Missouri is an affiliate of VSA arts, the international organization on art and disability. Generous support from the organization's inception has been provided by the Missouri Arts Council. CAT alum and visual artist Gina Alvarez is the Executive Director and multiple CAT alums including Leslie Holt, Martin Rafanan, Jennifer Gaby and Sarah Colby have been served on the Board of Directors.
VSA Missouri incorporated as a 501 (c)(3) in 2009. The organization collaborates with artists, community organizations and schools throughout the state to facilitate and promote access to the arts for people with disabilities. Visit www.vsamissouri.org for more information!
