Art Exhibits at the Regional Arts Commission

Fashion designer Michael Drummond, star of "Project Runway", curates exciting innovative show of fashion and art

The world of art and fashion collide in DRESSED, an innovative show curated by fashion designer Michael Drummond, a "Project Runway" participant, at the Gallery at the Regional Arts Commission (RAC).

The opening, free and open to the public, takes place on Friday, May 3 from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. This exciting exhibition allows RAC to highlight the work of Drummond and emerging St. Louis artists Laura Kathleen (a fellow "Project Runway" participant), Marie McInerney, Deborah Pontious, and Bob Trump.

These designers display new work which addresses themes of clothing as protection or armor; and various messages that clothing sends to others.

Opening night features a "model installation" where models create a still fashion presentation  for the duration of the evening.

ON OPENING NIGHT: Complimentary valet service is provided.
