This pair of sculptures, one of a kneeling man showing a small boy a curious fawn, and one of a woman and a young girl looking at a family of swans, was originally commissioned for the Marion, Ohio, branch of Home Savings of America. Instead, they were sent to the St. Louis branch of the bank, which has since become Roosevelt Bank.
The artist, who earned his Master's degree in sculpture from the Otis Art Institute of Los Angeles County, was granted a Prix de Rome fellowship at the American Academy in Rome. He teaches and exhibits his art worldwide.
